Please join us at The Great Allentown Fair on Friday August 31st, 2012 at 6:00pm. We will be giving a 40 minute demonstration in "Farm to Table" cooking. We have picked stuffed green peppers to demonstrate for the public. We will be cutting the peppers into "Stuffed Pepper Canoes".

Also, The Morning Call will have a write up the week of the Allentown Fair that will post our recipe for the stuffed peppers as well as recipes from other local chef's and caterers in the Lehigh Valley Area. We look forward to seeing ALL of you!
