Please join us at The Great Allentown Fair on Friday August 31st, 2012 at 6:00pm. We will be giving a 40 minute demonstration in "Farm to Table" cooking. We have picked stuffed green peppers to demonstrate for the public. We will be cutting the peppers into "Stuffed Pepper Canoes".

Also, The Morning Call will have a write up the week of the Allentown Fair that will post our recipe for the stuffed peppers as well as recipes from other local chef's and caterers in the Lehigh Valley Area. We look forward to seeing ALL of you!

First Week of Mozzarella Weekends went very well. Place your orders at The Lehigh valley Zoo friday June 8th from 5-9pm. We are giving away tastings of Mozzarella,Baguette's, and Pinwheels.

"MOZZARELLA WEEKENDS"

It's time to talk Mozzarella!! We have a fundraising opportunity to share with you and we hope you will consider helping a family in need!
A dear friend lost her cousin in March. He was the victim of a senseless murder!! He left behind 4 children who are currently living with their aunt. Our efforts hopefully will help with practical nee...ds ...as well as donations for an addition to their home, or college funds for these children!! Our goal is to provide a % of Mozzarella sales each month!! Let's make it successful and turn it into a summer long event!!
Here's how you can help!!
Place an order for fresh homemade mozzarella balls, pinwheels, or tomato, basil, pepperoni skewers or a freshly baked Bagette bread!! We are calling it "MOZZARELLA WEEKENDS!! Orders need to be placed by Thursday afternoons at 1:00 of each weekend for delivery on Fridays or Saturday's!! In box us for prices and sizes!!
